Evan Fong is a cinematographer and editor based in Northern California, working on everything from commercials to documentaries. His start in filmmaking was a bit unexpected—after transferring to college, he picked up a camera to film the football team and quickly discovered a passion for storytelling through visuals. After graduating, he spent time working in TV news, which often put him in turbulent and unpredictable environments. That experience taught him how to adapt quickly and find creative solutions no matter the circumstances.

He loves using cinematography to create images that pull people in, letting audiences feel the story as much as they see it. Whether it’s a polished commercial or a documentary moment, Evan’s goal is always to bring viewers closer to the heart of the story.

When he’s not behind the camera, you can usually find him catching the latest MMA fights or in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.
